Assalamualaikum semua.

 Today I want to share about the supplement.

Who should take a supplement???
menjadi lumrah manusia cepat sangat terpengaruh .. orang makan suplemen dia pun nak makan juga.. tapi tak tahu suplemen ape sebenarnya yang dia perlukan... So let's check it out.. Who really need supplements???
 1. Those who are not drinking a milk should take calcium pills (ostematrix Shaklee is the best) as a supplement. Calcium is really important to make sure our bone is healthy and strong appropriate with your age. Less calcium can effected to pregnant woman like easier can get morning sickness and become week during pregnancy time.
2. Who are not eat fresh  fruit /vegetable extremely need supplements, especially Vita, c (vita c shaklee is the best because it's sustainable) for their skin and antibodies to protect from easier has a cough and flu or infectious disease.
